REQUIRED SKILLS: * Member in good standing of the Québec Bar; * Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience in an established law firm; * Experience in construction litigation, a significant asset; * Experience in infrastructure projects, a significant asset; * Strong ability to work independently; * Team-oriented mindset; * Leadership skills and strong priority-management abilities.
