About the Role The Marketing Operations Coordinator will contribute to the full spectrum of marketing and communications for our Canadian operations. You will combine creative design, persuasive copywriting, digital strategy, and hands-on event management to tell our story, build brand awareness, and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Development & Communications With support from the Canadian management team, create compelling content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, customer communications, presentations, and digital channels. Develop and maintain internal and external sales enablement materials, product collateral, and customer-facing resources. Review, edit, and optimize content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Contribute ideas and content that strengthen customer engagement and support business objectives. Own the creation and distribution of the internal communication documents; including contributing to international marketing material. Own the Canadian web presence, ensuring all product, technical, trial, and contact information is accurate and up to date. Monitor website performance and drive ongoing improvements to content, usability, SEO, and customer engagement. Marketing & Campaign Execution Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business unit objectives and growth initiatives. Coordinate campaign activities across digital, print, email, social media, and event channels. Own marketing performance and analytics, establishing KPIs, monitoring campaign and social media metrics, and driving continuous improvements to strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and market presence across Canada. Event Management & Promotion Plan and execute internal and external events – including grower meetings, trade shows, field days, and company trips. Oversee full logistics: promotion, venue selection, hotels, travel, catering, promo items, set-up and take-down, and onsite support when required. Product Marketing & Business Unit Collaboration Collaborate with the Manager, Strategic Marketing & Communications and Product Managers across Canadian business units to support product marketing initiatives, messaging, and go-to-market activities. Update and deliver on both internal and external marketing programs within each unique business unit. Build strong working relationships across teams to facilitate communication and project success. Work Environment: Work location is flexible within Canada. We are remote based company, allowing you to conduct administrative work from the comfort of your home. Although we are remote first, we are always able to collaborate and help each other out through different channels. Up to 20% travel and overnight travel as required. Ability to purchase business related items to conduct business and expense weekly for reimbursement. Benefits: A fixed salary, paid bi-weekly. The Right Person: Bilingual preferred (French/English). Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field – or equivalent experience. At least two years of progressive marketing and communications experience, preferably in agriculture. Proven ability to design marketing collateral (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar). Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with proven copywriting experience across digital and print channels. Experience managing websites, Content Management System (CMS) platforms, social media accounts and meta business suite. Event management expertise, from planning to onsite execution. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Hands on attitude – ready to “own” projects from concept to completion. Comfortable in a fast past environment with shifting priorities. Collaborative, approachable, and confident advising. Creative thinker who is also detail-oriented and organized.

Requirements
A diploma or bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of progressive marketing and communications experience. Candidates should bring strong writing and design skills, website and social media experience, event and project management expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; French-English bilingualism is preferred.
