*English follows* Le/La Développeur(se) BI senior contribue à la croissance de l’entreprise en développant des solutions d’intelligence d’affaires. Il/elle sera notre expert dans la conception, l’extraction et la consolidation des données répondant aux besoins d’affaires du Groupe Touchette. Son expérience lui permettra de participer à des projets opérationnels reliés aux données pour permettre de nouvelles perspectives. Son expertise dans les technologies MS BI tel que SSIS, SSRS et SSAS en complément avec ses excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et communication lui permettra de supporter les diverses équipes fonctionnelles de l’entreprise. Responsabilités * Participer à des projets et initiatives opérationnels pour traduire les spécifications d’affaires en documentations techniques; * Supporter les analystes des équipes fonctionnels pour développer des jeux de données qui facilitent l’analyse et le « reporting »; * Participer à la conception et développement du Data Mart en effectuant l’analyse, le profilage et la modélisation des données; * Concevoir, développer, maintenir et optimiser les tâches d’ETL; * Contribuer au développement du portfolio analytique en développant des rapports SSRS, cube SSAS et tableaux de bords Power BI; * Surveiller, optimiser et assurer la stabilité de l’environnement des données BI pour supporter le programme de gouvernance de données du Groupe Touchette; * Toutes autres tâches connexes. Facteurs de succès * De 4 à 7 ans d’expérience en intelligence d’affaires, développement BI ou gestion des données. * Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en informatique, technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe. * Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS et Visual Studio. * Expérience dans le développement de tableaux de bord avec Power BI. * Capacité à analyser, modéliser et synthétiser des données complexes afin de répondre aux besoins d'affaires. * Rigueur, souci du détail et aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique. * Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes. * Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires. * La connaissance de SAP HANA, CDS Views et Business Objects constitue un atout. * Bilinguisme requis : la maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire en raison des interactions fréquentes avec des partenaires pancanadiens majoritairement anglophones. Cette langue est utilisée fréquemment dans le cadre des communications écrites et orales. Un niveau avancé est requis. Acting as a subject matter expert in data, the incumbent is responsible for designing, extracting, transforming, and consolidating data to support analytics, data governance, and business decision-making. Leveraging expertise in Microsoft BI technologies and strong communication skills, this role partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing BI solutions. Responsabilities * Participate in business projects and initiatives by translating business requirements into technical specifications. * Partner with business analysts to develop datasets that support reporting and analytics. * Participate in the design, analysis, profiling, and modeling of the enterprise Data Mart. * Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes. * Develop and maintain SSRS reports, SSAS cubes, and Power BI dashboards. * Monitor, optimize, and maintain the stability of the BI environment to support enterprise data governance initiatives. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions and data management processes. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Success Factors * 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, BI development, or data management. * University or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Visual Studio. * Experience developing dashboards using Power BI. * Strong analytical and data modeling skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Proactive, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS Views, and Business Objects is considered an asset. * Bilingualism required: Proficiency in English is necessary due to frequent interactions with predominantly English-speaking pan-Canadian partners. This language is frequently used in both written and verbal communications. An advanced level is required.
