What You'll Be Doing Working as a technical leader within a collaborative engineering team, you'll: Design and implement AI-first software engineering practices across the SDLC Build and refine agentic AI workflows that improve developer productivity Stay hands-on with architecture, coding and technical design Help modernise legacy applications into scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions Introduce AI tooling and automation into day-to-day engineering workflows Mentor developers and raise engineering standards through coaching and collaboration Influence technology strategy and help shape the future engineering roadmap What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced software engineer who has embraced AI as part of the way they build software. You'll likely have: Strong commercial experience developing production software Excellent backend or full-stack engineering skills Experience using AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle—not just for code generation Exposure to LLMs, agentic AI, AI development frameworks or AI-powered developer tooling Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure A passion for improving engineering teams through automation, AI and modern software practices The ability to lead by example while remaining highly hands-on Experience with .NET, C#, Azure, REST APIs, SQL Server and modern frontend frameworks would be highly beneficial.
