Senior Software Engineer (AI-First Engineering)Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Software Developer who combines strong full-stack development expertise with modern engineering practices focused on quality, automation, scalability, and continuous delivery. This role will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of GryphTech's SaaS Real Estate CRM, Websites, CMS, Mobile Applications, and related platform services. The ideal candidate embraces an AI-first approach to software engineering, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, enhance troubleshooting, and increase delivery velocity while maintaining rigorous engineering standards. The successful candidate will champion automated testing, Git-based development workflows, code quality gates, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platform services. Build high-quality front-end and back-end solutions using modern development frameworks. Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer value. Participate in technical architecture discussions and solution design. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and performance issues. AI-First Engineering Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, documentation, debugging, testing, and analysis. Create and maintain effective AI prompts, workflows, and knowledge assets that improve development efficiency. Use AI to accelerate root-cause analysis and incident resolution. Apply AI-assisted test generation and code review techniques. Evaluate emerging AI tools and practices and recommend adoption opportunities. Automated Testing and Quality Engineering Develop comprehensive automated unit, integration, and regression test suites. Maintain minimum code coverage standards on all new development. Implement test-first or test-driven development practices where appropriate. Ensure all features include automated validation before deployment. Reduce manual testing effort through automation and continuous quality improvement. Git Workflow and Engineering Standards Follow a structured Git workflow utilizing feature branches, pull requests, and release branches. Participate in peer code reviews and architectural reviews. Ensure all pull requests satisfy required quality gates prior to merging. Promote reusable patterns, coding standards, and maintainable architectures. Mentor team members on development best practices. DevOps and Continuous Delivery Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines. Automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes. Implement infrastructure-as-code and environment automation practices. Monitor application health, reliability, and deployment quality. Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve operational maturity and platform stability. Cloud and Platform Engineering Build and support cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure. Participate in scalability, security, reliability, and performance initiatives. Support platform modernization efforts and technical debt reduction.
