Job summary

Manage cellar operations for a regional craft brewery, transferring wort from the brewhouse, pitching and harvesting yeast, monitoring fermentation gravity and temperature, and carbonating and conditioning beer ahead of packaging. Day to day you will clean and sanitize tanks and hoses on a strict clean-in-place schedule, dose finings, run filtration, and record every batch in the brewlog for full quality traceability. Physical stamina, comfort working around carbon dioxide and caustic chemicals, and a disciplined approach to sanitation are required.
