*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding/Soffit Installer to join our dynamic construction team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in exterior construction while contributing to beautiful, long-lasting structures. *Duties* * Measure and prepare surfaces for siding and soffit installation using hand tools and blueprint reading skills * Install various types of siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, or wood, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening * Attach soffit panels accurately to ventilate attics and improve building insulation * Use caulking techniques to seal gaps, prevent water infiltration, and enhance weather resistance * Lift heavy siding panels and related materials safely, following proper ergonomic practices * Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and installation sequences * Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to meet safety standards and client expectations *Skills* * Proficiency with hand tools used in siding and soffit installation * Construction experience with a focus on exterior finishing work * Strong carpentry skills for precise measurements, cuts, and fittings * Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions accurately * Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications * Physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights * Handyman experience is a plus for troubleshooting on-site challenges Join our team to build exceptional exteriors that stand the test of time!
