Voici Une Journée Type Au comptoir Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et répondre à leurs besoins. Aller chercher les produits demandés et procéder aux transactions. Répondre aux questions, suggérer des alternatives ou des produits complémentaires. Répondre aux appels et les rediriger au besoin. Maintenir un comptoir propre, organisé et attrayant. Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes et rester à jour sur les produits et systèmes. A l'entrepôt Décharger les livraisons, vérifier les quantités et la qualité des marchandises. Signaler rapidement tout écart ou dommage. Placer et localiser la marchandise selon les pratiques établies. Préparer soigneusement les commandes dans les délais requis. Garder l’entrepôt propre, sécuritaire et fonctionnel, et proposer des améliorations. Offrir un soutien au comptoir ou au marchandisage lorsque nécessaire. Interested? Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs and a commitment to working safely. Comfortable using computer systems and material handling equipment. Here Is a Typical Day At the counter Warmly welcome customers and meet their needs. Retrieve requested products and process transactions. Answer questions and suggest alternatives or complementary products. Answer calls and redirect them as needed. Keep the counter area clean, organized, and appealing. Collaborate with the sales team and stay up to date on products and systems. In the warehouse Unload deliveries and verify the quantity and quality of goods. Promptly report any discrepancies or damage. Store and locate merchandise according to established procedures. Carefully prepare orders within required timeframes. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and functional, and suggest improvements.
