As-tu ce qu’on recherche? * Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en vente. * Personne dynamique, reconnue pour son sens du service et sa capacité à trouver facilement des solutions pour satisfaire ses clients. * Personne efficace et organisée, qui désire autant travailler physiquement qu’être en relation avec les gens. * Bonnes aptitudes informatiques. Voici une journée type : * Accueillir chaleureusement les clients se présentant au comptoir, aller chercher les produits désirés et procéder au paiement. * Répondre aux diverses questions, suggérer des produits alternatifs ou complémentaires, au besoin. * Répondre aux appels avec professionnalisme et les rediriger lorsque nécessaire. * Maintenir le comptoir propre et organisé afin d’optimiser l’expérience client, en plus de proposer une mise en marché efficace. * Apporter son aide au personnel de l’entrepôt ou au personnel des ventes, lorsque requis. * Maintenir ses connaissances et ses compétences à jour sur les produits offerts et les systèmes utilisés #GICQC *********************************** Interested? * Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday. * Known customer base, reliable and high-quality products. * Opportunity for advancement.
