What We Offer We provide: · Flexible, part-time workload with predictable demand · Competitive hourly or retainer-based compensation, commensurate with experience · Long-term, ongoing opportunity rather than short-term contract work What You’ll Do We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney or Senior Contracts Specialist to provide part-time support reviewing and advising on international, project-based commercial contracts. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional seeking flexible, ongoing work without a full-time commitment. Your role will involve: Review, redline, and advise on project-related commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions, including: Customer contracts and master services agreements Engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), or other project delivery agreements Vendor, supplier, and subcontractor agreements Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions Advise on key contract terms such as scope of work, pricing, payment milestones, liability caps, indemnities, warranties, governing law, and dispute resolution Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, engineering, and finance) to support efficient contract execution Provide occasional support on contract templates or process improvements This position can be based in our Burlington office or remotely in Canada or the United States. What You Offer A licensed lawyer in good standing in Canada or the United States or equivalent experience in a senior contracts role Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating complex, project-based or international commercial agreements Experience within engineering, construction, or other project-driven environments Comfortable working across different legal systems and governing law frameworks Practical, solutions-oriented approach to risk management Able to work independently and manage priorities Vacancy Status: This position is open due to an existing role becoming vacant.
