This role is ideal for a seasoned professional seeking flexible, ongoing work without a full-time commitment. Your role will involve: Review, redline, and advise on project-related commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions, including: Customer contracts and master services agreements Engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), or other project delivery agreements Vendor, supplier, and subcontractor agreements Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions Advise on key contract terms such as scope of work, pricing, payment milestones, liability caps, indemnities, warranties, governing law, and dispute resolution Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, engineering, and finance) to support efficient contract execution Provide occasional support on contract templates or process improvements This position can be based in our Burlington office or remotely in Canada or the United States.
