As a key member of our team, you will help clients look and feel their best, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. *Duties* * Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences * Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment * Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities * Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage to promote ongoing maintenance at home * Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members * Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment * Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships * Experience in retail sales is preferred * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor * Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by skilled trades Ontario regulations Join our team to make a positive impact on clients? lives through expert styling and exceptional service.
