Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario Current Heart & Stroke Approved BLS Provider Card upon hire Experience working with and advocating for the elderly Medication administration certification and experience Physical assessment Wound care Enteral feeding experience Maintenance of IV lines Experience with electronic documentation Satisfactory employment and attendance record. The Registered Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care to acute medical and surgical populations. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, enteral feeding, and maintaining IV lines while documenting care electronically.

Candidates must hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a Heart & Stroke Approved BLS Provider card. Experience in elderly care and proficiency in clinical nursing procedures are required.
