The specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of donor data and supporting donation processing across various systems. Additionally, the role manages grant reporting, provides backup for accounts payable, and assists with human resources administrative tasks.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for the shelter, managing reception duties, visitor access, and security monitoring. It also provides essential administrative support to the Programs and Services team, including document preparation, data entry, and donation processing.
