Job summary
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC are looking for energetic, passionate, and dedicated individuals to join our Operations Team. Successful applicants will join our Team in providing a world-class game-day experience throughout the 2026 season at Hamilton Stadium. Responsibilities Responsibilities and Duties: Set-up and tear down of all game-day marketing and corporate activations Set-up all premium and non-premium ticketing areas, including but not limited to the Club Level, Suite Level, and Stelco North End Execute stadium conversion from Forge to Tiger-Cats and vice versa, including all in-bowl branding Set-up of any event spaces utilized during games or on off days Set-up all parking infrastructure and signage Assist all other departments to ensure that the game-day experience is a success Assist with stadium setup for licensee events Work in a variety of weather conditions, including the possibility of inclement weather Ideal Candidates Possess A charismatic, cheerful, and energetic personality A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment Ability to follow directions and work without direct supervision Excellent problem solving skills An ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm in all situations Passion for football, soccer, and the Hamilton community Operations Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to work 75% of Tiger-Cats and Forge FC games Ability to lift to 50lbs Availability during weekdays is an asset, but not a requirement Must comply with all Tiger-Cats and Forge FC personal hygiene and grooming guidelines Please Note Rate of Pay: $17.60 or applicable minimum wage Position has an existing vacancy We do no use AI to screen applicants
