Job Description SHEQ Advisor – ESSEX Salary: £40,000–£50,000 Benefits: Company Car & Fuel Card, Pension, Holiday Allowance A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing construction business that has doubled its turnover in the past year. As the SHEQ Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Health & Safety culture, driving quality standards, and influencing best practice across all sites. The SHEQ Advisor will lead and develop safety and quality processes across the business while reporting to the Managing Director. They are responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and influencing the company's overall SHEQ strategy.

Candidates must be NEBOSH qualified with strong experience in audits, procedures, and compliance. Knowledge of civils environments, traffic management, and cable routing is required.
