Responsibilities Our Spa Associates are responsible for ensuring the spa operates smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. Responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service to members and guests Greeting clients and creating a welcoming spa environment Answering phones, booking appointments, and managing the schedule Selling memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades Educating clients on the wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare Supporting the spa team by preparing treatment rooms when necessary Operating laundry machines and managing spa linens Maintaining cleanliness of the spa and washrooms Performing administrative tasks and following proper office procedures Assisting with daily operations and supporting the team wherever needed This role requires constant multitasking, prioritizing, and switching between tasks throughout the day.
