We need someone to run our small kitchen. You will be the only cook on your shift with the potential of expanding to additional kitchen staff when number of orders dictate the necessity. The person awarded the position will be paid according to their abilities and potential of growing our popularity. All of the necessary equipment and certifications are required. Clean appearance and clothing void of pet hair etc. covered hair, nonslip shoes and safe food handlers certificate. The candidate awarded the position will be trained to cook and prepare dishes to our standards and expected to maintain them. We will be open to suggestions but expect that you would ask for approval to change what was provided as training. The kitchen must be kept clean and stocked in the manner that will be described during training. The candidate awarded the position will be open to criticism made by the owner when he feels it is necessary.
