Office Hours * Monday: 9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM * Tuesday: 9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM * Wednesday: 9:00 AM ? 7:00 PM * Thursday: 9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM ? 4:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM ? 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities * Able to use *Paradigm* software * Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive and professional first impression at all times. * Schedule patient appointments efficiently in person, over the phone, and via email. * Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant patient records in accordance with regulatory standards. * Explain treatment plans, financial arrangements, insurance coverage, and payment options clearly to patients. * Prepare insurance estimates, submit claims, process billing, and ensure smooth financial transactions. * Communicate effectively and courteously with patients, dental staff, and external contacts, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception and office area. * Collaborate with team members to support an efficient, professional, and positive work environment. * Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, addressing issues independently and efficiently. * Utilize Windows-based dental software, scheduling systems, and general office applications proficiently. * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when handling patient information.
