We are currently recruiting for a full-time Office Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Office Services Manager. Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare courier packages, and distribute deliveries throughout the office. Support practice groups, legal professionals, and administrative teams (including Marketing, Accounting, and HR) with document production tasks. Conduct and complete corporate searches. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, coordinating with vendors as required. Maintain shared spaces by tidying boardrooms and common areas, and set up rooms for meetings. Assist with office moves, furniture adjustments, and general maintenance requests. Provide back-up coverage for reception as needed. Complete office errands and other tasks to support day-to-day operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of office experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs. as required. Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
