With intentionally small roster sizes of fewer than 400 patients and a focus on prediction, prevention, and early detection, you will enjoy a balanced, fulfilling practice built around delivering personalized, service-focused care to each client. Responsibilities: Comprehensive Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. Build a patient panel focused on prevention and longevity, emphasizing proactive and personalized care. Team-Based Care: Collaborate within an integrated, interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care. Participate in and contribute to shared learning with clinical colleagues to continuously elevate the quality of care delivered. Technology & Innovation: Leverage technology and innovation to enhance patient care, including POCUS, mental health technologies, and genetics. Stay at the forefront of evidence-based medical science and emerging best practices. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Take a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive client care, working with Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Mental Health Care Navigators, the Medical Laboratory Team, and more to optimize wellness. Experience you Bring & Qualifications: Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). Current registration with: College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA), or College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC), or College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) At least one year of clinical primary care experience. Experience in a collaborative, team-based primary care setting and in chronic disease management preferred. Why work at Harrison?
