What You Will Do In This Role Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed. Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time Continue to develop and coach associates Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience Support and implement Standards and Controls Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles. What you’ll do

Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room and ensure the store operates to all standards of a 'Benchmark Restaurant'. Develop and coach associates while supporting and implementing standards and controls.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous Front of House Management experience and the ability to effectively lead shifts to meet brand standards. A passion for hospitality and service excellence is essential.
