Analyst, Parking Development (Parking Technology & Mobile Applications) Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Salary: 65k Role Overview We are seeking a technology-focused Analyst, Parking Development to support the testing, implementation, and optimization of parking technologies and mobile applications. This role combines QA testing, business/data analysis, field validation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with technology, operations, and business teams to validate parking systems, enhance mobile applications, analyze operational data, and deliver actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Conduct field testing of parking technologies, payment systems, and EV-related infrastructure. Design and execute test scripts for mobile applications and technology platforms. Support testing and enhancements for mobile applications. Validate functionality across mobile apps, backend systems, APIs, and payment platforms. Analyze testing and operational data and provide actionable insights. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and senior leadership. Track project performance, KPIs, risks, and vendor performance. Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, contractors, and external vendors. Support parking technology modernization and infrastructure initiatives. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in one or more of: Data Analysis Business Analysis QA Analysis Technical Analysis Technology testing and validation Experience creating and executing test scripts Experience testing mobile applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced PowerPoint skills Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards Strong communication and presentation skills Valid G Driver's License Willingness to travel across the GTA for field testing Nice to Have Mobile application QA or development support experience SAP experience EV charging, smart city, parking, transportation, or mobility technology experience Exposure to IoT devices, payment systems, or connected technology platforms Ideal Candidate A well-rounded analyst who can balance hands-on testing, fieldwork, data analysis, and executive-level communication. Someone comfortable validating technology solutions in the field and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
