Your New Company Our client is a well-established HVAC organization with a strong presence across British Columbia. Known for its technical expertise, broad product offering and collaborative culture, the business is continuing to invest in its applied and industrial HVAC division and is seeking an experienced sales leader to support its next stage of growth. Your New Role As Sales Manager, you will lead the growth of the applied and industrial HVAC business across British Columbia. You will manage and develop the outside sales team, build relationships with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors, and drive opportunities from specification through award. This hands-on role will see you execute the provincial sales strategy, lead major project pursuits, support pricing and margin decisions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver complex HVAC solutions. You will also monitor market activity, maintain an accurate pipeline and ensure strong forecasting and CRM practices. What You’ll Need to Succeed You will bring 8–10 years of applied or industrial HVAC sales, application engineering or specification experience, along with proven leadership and success influencing consultants and closing projects with mechanical contractors. Strong technical knowledge of applied HVAC systems, commercial acumen and the ability to read drawings and specifications are essential. A relevant engineering degree, technical diploma or equivalent experience is required; P.Eng. or ASHRAE certification is an asset. A valid driver’s licence and travel throughout British Columbia are required. Requirements
