Job Title: Senior Azure Integration Tech Lead Type: Contract (Remote) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Azure Integration Tech Lead with deep expertise in Azure Integration Services, enterprise application modernization, cloud integration architecture, and AMS/production support operations. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, modernization, and support of enterprise integration solutions while providing technical leadership across business-critical applications and platforms. This role requires a strong blend of architecture, development, modernization, and support experience, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including: Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Azure Service Bus Azure API Management (APIM) Event Grid Event Hub Azure Storage Services Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and secure integration solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards. Drive modernization initiatives by migrating legacy integration and middleware platforms to cloud-native Azure-based solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and support production integrations and business-critical applications, including L2/L3 support activities. Lead incident, problem, change, release, and service management processes to ensure operational excellence and SLA compliance. Oversee application onboarding, transition-to-support, knowledge transfer, hypercare, and stabilization activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to deliver successful integration solutions. Establish best practices, governance frameworks, monitoring strategies, and operational procedures for Azure integration environments. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement long-term corrective and preventive actions. Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, performance, and reliability requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience with significant expertise in enterprise integration technologies. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services. Strong experience in: Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Azure Service Bus Azure API Management (APIM) Event Grid/Event Hub REST APIs and Web Services Azure Monitoring and Application Insights Proven experience leading enterprise integration and cloud modernization programs. Experience managing application support and AMS engagements in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, messaging architectures, and event-driven solutions. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
