Job summary

About the Role The Inventory Coordinator will support leadership in the daily inventory management operations. Responsibilities Ensure safe practices are followed - completely accountable for worker safety and ensuring for Zero Harm. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with maintenance, production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure inventory accuracy and project deliverables are met. Support strategies to achieve established strategic goals. Support underground warehouse inventory strategies and remote depot inventory management. Collaborate with Procurement teams to ensure efficient material acquisition processes. Partner with operational stakeholders to locate, evaluate, and record inventory held outside approved inventory systems. Identify opportunities for inventory standardization. Assist warehouse supervisors with strategic plans to position inventory at remote Depot Sites. Create Material Master Codes for critical spares being added to inventory. Be an advocate for continuous improvement and warehouse integration into Ontario Operations. Qualifications 4 plus years experience Strong computer skills specifically: Excel, SAP, and Power BI are a must. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Time management and delegation skills. Strong communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations. Pay range and compensation package Pay: $55//hr Location: Toronto, ON Remote
