MDM SME - Data migration & Sync Workstream 6 months with potential to extend Ideally hybrid in Toronto but open to remote Overview — IBM Infosphere MDM, Data Migration & Sync leadership Key responsibilities — Migration strategy, ETL pipeline, survivorship rules, XREF, cutover, sync governance Required skills — IBM Infosphere MDM, DataStage, Quality Stage, IBM MQ/Kafka, SQL, mainframe data extraction, Preferred skills — Cloud Pak for Data, SAP MDG, Collibra, GDPR/PII handling, Informatica MDM Preferred skills – iWay, Cobol/IMS DB ** These skills will probably have to be obtained in a separate resource ** The Data Migration lifecycle — Discovery → Mapping → ETL → Dry Runs → DQ Gates → Cutover The Data Sync Workstream — Event-driven (MQ/Kafka), Batch Delta-Sync, Real-Time API Sync Survivorship & Golden Record governance — trust scoring, conflict resolution Cross-Reference (XREF) registry design and management Regulatory & Privacy considerations — GDPR, CCPA, PII masking, audit trails

Lead the data migration and synchronization workstream, focusing on migration strategy and ETL pipelines. Manage survivorship rules, XREF registry design, and sync governance for golden record creation.

Requires deep expertise in IBM Infosphere MDM, DataStage, and messaging tools like MQ or Kafka. Experience with mainframe data extraction and regulatory privacy standards like GDPR is essential.
