Position: Manager, Procure to Pay (P2P) Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Duration: 9 Months Contract Target Start Date: June 2nd Rate: $35/hour to $40/hour Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Procure to Pay (P2P) to join their Enterprise Business Services team. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical professional with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in supplier management, process improvement, and procure-to-pay operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving supplier management processes, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Analyze current P2P processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and supplier management. Lead talent management activities including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee development. Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the procure-to-pay function. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards that support operational excellence. Analyze complex datasets and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Lead meetings and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to resolve issues and improve processes. Monitor and manage the P2P pipeline, ensuring timely resolution of supplier and invoice-related issues. Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as required. Plan, monitor, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and promote collaboration across teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Supplier Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP and Concur (required). Experience with Ariba and Fieldglass is considered an asset. Understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing, and financial operations. Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
