PROJECT MANAGER, PIPELINE INTEGRITY Job Type: Contract Contract Duration: 1.5 Years Pay Rate: Up to $57/hr on T4 ($69/hr INC) Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid) Your New Company Our client is a leading energy infrastructure organization operating critical pipeline assets across Canada. Your New Role As a Project Manager, you will lead the development and execution of pipeline integrity projects from early planning through construction and project closeout. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, supply chain, operations, and environmental specialists, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Leading project development activities, feasibility assessments, and solution evaluations Developing project execution, communication, risk, procurement, safety, and construction plans Managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractor performance Coordinating procurement activities, RFP processes, purchase orders, and contract execution Ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and quality requirements Managing project risks, changes, issues, and stakeholder communications Providing project reporting, performance updates, and cost tracking Supporting future project planning, scope development, and cost forecasting Driving continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives What You Need to Do Lead projects through all phases of delivery while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. What You'll Need to Succeed 6+ years of project management experience within pipeline integrity, pipeline operations, or related energy infrastructure projects Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required Bachelor's degree, PMP or technical diploma Proven track record delivering projects from development through execution Strong knowledge of construction and contractor management practices Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards PMP certification considered a strong asset What You'll Get in Return You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic, supportive and well respected company.
