Senior Application Support Analyst Overview We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide advanced support for a critical Yardi environment. This role is heavily focused on system administration, SQL, reporting, data management, and integrations. The successful candidate will work primarily within Yardi's underlying data and technical architecture, supporting complex issues, system enhancements, reporting requirements, and data-related initiatives. This is a technical support position and is best suited to someone with hands-on Yardi and database experience rather than a business analyst or end-user support background. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 3 support for the Yardi platform Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries Develop and maintain custom reports and reporting solutions Perform data extraction, data processing, and system integrations Support reporting, analytics, and database-related requests Assist with Yardi enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing platform improvements Investigate and resolve complex technical issues impacting system performance and functionality Required Skills & Experience Strong SQL experience, including query writing, troubleshooting, optimization, and data analysis Hands-on experience supporting and working within Yardi Experience with reporting, data integrations, and data management within Yardi Experience working with databases and enterprise applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 application support within an enterprise environment Technical mindset with a focus on systems, data, and application support Nice to Have Experience supporting additional enterprise applications Exposure to application development, scripting, or software implementation projects Experience with report development, business intelligence, or database administration Knowledge of API integrations and data migration activities Key Technologies Yardi SQL Reporting & Analytics Data Integration Enterprise Applications Database Support System Troubleshooting
