A well-established Western Canadian general contractor is growing its Edmonton operations and is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead a major hospital tenant improvement project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected builder with a strong project pipeline and play a key role in the expansion of its Edmonton presence. What You'll Be Doing Lead all on-site construction activities for a large healthcare renovation and tenant improvement project. Coordinate trades, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and client expectations are met. Identify and resolve site challenges proactively. Support project teams through all phases of construction, from planning through completion What You'll Bring Previous experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects. Hospital construction or renovation experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage complex renovations in occupied or operational environments. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
