Job Title: Technical Writer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Type: Contract Rate: $40/hr – $45/hr About the Role We are seeking a Technical Writer to support executive communications, strategic planning, reporting, and research initiatives within a leading global security organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to develop compelling security narratives, analyze emerging trends, and contribute to the evolution of the organization's cyber security strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop executive-level security reports, presentations, and communications. Coordinate materials for Security Council, Risk Committees, CISO Forums, and Town Halls. Research emerging cyber security trends, technologies, regulatory developments, and geopolitical risks. Translate technical security concepts into clear business insights for executive audiences. Support the development of global security strategies and business cases for future investments. Gather and analyze data to create strategic recommendations and ROI assessments. Collaborate with global business and technology stakeholders to drive security initiatives. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business writing, technology communications, strategy, or related areas. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation development and storytelling abilities. Excellent research, analytical, and fact-checking skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Nice to Have Experience supporting executive communications and senior leadership reporting. Exposure to cyber security, risk management, or technology strategy. Experience creating presentations for executive or external audiences.

Requirements
