The Role Support and improve enterprise data platform capabilities in Azure and Databricks environments Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and operational practices Lead troubleshooting for complex platform and production issues Design, support, and optimize Azure-based data platform services Mentor and support other engineers, participating in technical discussions and solution planning Identify and implement automation opportunities using scripting, GitHub Actions, and cloud tools What You'll Need Strong experience with Azure cloud architecture, enterprise platform operations, and troubleshooting complex Azure environments Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks administration and engineering, including Unity Catalog, Jobs, Workflows, Pipelines, and cluster management Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms, data ingestion, orchestration, and pipeline operations Proficiency in Python scripting, automation, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of API integrations, authentication, authorization, and secure cloud platform design principles Typically 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering, data platform engineering, or similar roles What's On Offer Opportunity to work on mission-critical enterprise cloud data platforms Technical leadership and mentorship opportunities Collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement Competitive compensation package (contract or permanent options available) Apply via Haystack today!
