Job summary
Haywood Golf is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Prep / QA Associate to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring every custom-built club meets our quality standards before reaching the customer. Primary Responsibilities Order preparation and packing of custom golf clubs Cleaning and finishing clubs prior to shipment Quality control checks on completed builds Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area Assisting with basic club builds (training provided) Role Scope Initial focus on order prep, packing, and cleaning Responsibilities may expand to include assisting with club builds as skills develop Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks Interest in golf or golf equipment (preferred, not required) Willingness to learn club-building processes Schedule & Compensation 32-40 hours per week Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) What We Offer Employee discount on Haywood Golf clubs after a 3-month probation period Occasional team lunches Periodic team golf rounds and outings + weekly simulator golf challenges A relaxed, respectful, and detail-driven work environment Benefits: On-site parking Paid time off Store discount Work Location: North Burnaby How to Apply Email your resume to: [email protected]
