Application Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support secure, scalable, cloud-native applications across the full stack. This role combines hands-on software engineering with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and engineering enablement. Please share the profiles (onsite / offshore) for short listing. Brad would be leading this assessment and finalization of the candidate. The successful candidate will contribute directly to application delivery while helping strengthen development standards, reusable practices, and technical consistency across the team. This is a strong fit for someone who brings both deep implementation experience and practical technical leadership. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, APIs, and supporting services across front-end and back-end platforms. - Deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices, automated testing, and sound architectural patterns. - Build and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, including reusable modules, environment promotion, and deployment automation. - Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. - Apply security best practices across application development, cloud configuration, identity, secrets management, and delivery pipelines. - Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, templates, observability practices, and continuous improvement. - Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed. - Partner with cross-functional teams and mentor developers through collaboration, review, and knowledge sharing. ## Qualifications - 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development. - Strong experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure. - Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code. - Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of secure software delivery and cloud security fundamentals. - Experience contributing to engineering standards, platform practices, or developer enablement initiatives. - Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work. ## Preferred Technical Background - Front end: React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Back end: Python, Node.js, .NET, or Java. - Cloud platform: Azure services for compute, storage, messaging, monitoring, and containers. - DevOps and infrastructure: Terraform, Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. - Security: Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices. ## What Success Looks Like - Delivering high-quality software and infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and maintainable. - Raising engineering consistency through clear standards, reusable patterns, and disciplined reviews. - Helping teams adopt stronger cloud, security, and AI-enabled development practices.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and APIs while ensuring secure and scalable solutions. They will also contribute to engineering standards and mentor other developers.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in full stack software development with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery practices is also essential.
