Job summary
Required Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, including multi-step reasoning, tool/function calling, and orchestration Proficiency with at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG, context management, and evaluating/validating model output Experience parsing and transforming structured/unstructured documents (e.g., Word/.docx to markup formats) Ability to design, test, and iterate on agent reliability and accuracy Familiarity with version control in a hardware context (Git/Perforce) Nice to have ASIC / digital hardware design background, or familiarity with hardware development workflows and documentation Experience with AsciDoc, DocBook, or other technical documentation markup
