About the Role We are looking for a skilled Cloud Operations / Systems Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to support enterprise cloud infrastructure and mission-critical hybrid environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring platform stability, operational continuity, and infrastructure reliability across large-scale environments. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manage and support enterprise production and lab environments Ensure availability, stability, and compliance with infrastructure standards Perform configuration management, patching, and system updates Patch Management & Servicing Execute patch deployments and firmware upgrades Validate servicing cycles and perform post-implementation checks Ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards Monitoring & Systems Reliability Monitor infrastructure across compute, storage, and virtualization layers Conduct health checks and performance analysis Identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities to improve system resilience Incident Management & Troubleshooting Manage Incidents (ICM) and defects via Azure DevOps (ADO) Perform root cause analysis (RCA) Analyze logs, telemetry, and infrastructure alerts Infrastructure & Hardware Support Monitor hardware health and firmware status Support diagnostics, remediation, and maintenance tracking Ensure overall infrastructure stability and continuity 🛠️ Required Skills Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure Operations Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems administration Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Incident Management (ICM) Experience in patch management and release servicing Exposure to virtualization and hybrid cloud environments Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills 🌟 What We’re Looking For ✔️ Strong ownership and accountability mindset ✔️ Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills ✔️ Experience working in mission-critical environments ✔️ Excellent communication and documentation skills ✔️ Continuous learning mindset (automation / AI-driven operations preferred) 🎯 Why Join Us Work on large-scale enterprise cloud environments Be part of high-impact, mission-critical operations Opportunity to grow within a global technology organization 📩 Interested?
