Must have - Recent experience in leading team. Expert hands-on design and development skills using Core Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL. Experience in Angular is required. (if any other front-end skills, then pls share) Strong communication abilities. Proficiency in design patterns. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience in code reviews and ensuring code quality standards. Strong leadership and articulation qualities.
