Job description: Job Summary Job DescriptionObjective: Lead the operationalization and governance of the LCS Sales Effectiveness program by establishing strategic clarity and driving proactive risk management across workstreamsStrategic Direction & Workstream Alignment:Define explicit scopes, milestones, and measurable success criteria for each workstream to ensure full clarity of direction across all project leads.Lead recurring operating cadences to track day-to-day progress, align tactical execution with overarching LCS objectives, and prevent scope drift.Prepare Senior Leadership Deliverables: Author and prepare polished briefing materials, process maps, and executive summaries for regular socialization milestones with senior leadersRisk Management & Blocker Resolution:Implement proactive risk-tracking frameworks to identify operational bottlenecks, resourcing constraints, and inter-workstream dependencies early.Establish clear escalation paths, flag critical risks to leadership with actionable mitigation plans, and decisively clear blockers for workstream owners.Field Readiness & Change Management:Drive operational readiness, including field communication rollouts, enablement collateral, and broad socialization initiatives across LCS cohorts.Strategy Execution & Project Management:Independently launch and operationalize immediate "Now" minimization actions across low-hanging fruit communication categoriesDrive stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities to deprecate communications and identify linkages to existing channelsOwn the end-to-end change management process, including further refining the v1 of communications design for LCS and driving socialization initiativesDrive the EOY communications reduction measurement audit scheduled for late December 2026 to validate framework efficacy.Analytics CollaborationFacilitate A/B Testing: To deploy live A/B testing protocols for phase-two automated platform communication categories.Monitor KPI Performance: Coordinate with the analytics team to implement tracking mechanisms and validate overall email volume reductions against target goals.Senior Socialization & GovernancePrepare Senior Leadership Deliverables: Author and prepare polished briefing materials, process maps, and executive summaries for regular socialization milestones with senior leadersAnalyze Test Outcomes: Collaborate with CA Analytics to co-author and package the A/B testing results and strategic recommendations for senior executive readout by late October 2026.
