Are you looking to start your career in construction and project management? HCS Contracting is looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on individual to join our London team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, and extensive experience is not required. You'll work directly with our Regional Manager, receiving hands-on training and support while gaining valuable experience in both project coordination and warehouse operations. This role may also be a great fit for a co-op student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in the construction industry. What You'll Do: Assist with coordinating renovation and suite turnover projects Support the Regional Manager with day-to-day project activities Communicate with trades, suppliers, and site teams Help track materials, schedules, and project progress Assist with site visits and project documentation Receive, organize, and prepare materials in our warehouse Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for upcoming projects Take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience What We're Looking For: Interest in construction, renovations, or project management Strong organizational and communication skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who enjoys being hands-on and working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid driver's licence is preferred Construction or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required Why HCS?
