The company is growing and looking for a fully licensed Condominium Manager who wants more than just another property management job. What you’ll be doing You’ll oversee a portfolio of condominium properties and work closely with Boards of Directors to ensure each corporation and building is managed effectively. You’ll act as the key point of contact and coordinate the moving pieces behind the scenes, including: Building strong relationships with Boards, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers Managing day-to-day condominium operations Enforcing bylaws, rules, policies, and procedures Providing guidance relating to the Condominium Property Act, regulations, insurance requirements, and reserve fund studies Coordinating preventative maintenance and required building services Obtaining and reviewing contractor quotes Coordinating capital and reserve fund expenditures Completing property inspections and reports Preparing and overseeing annual budgets Supporting Boards with planning, decisions, communication, and governance Attending Board meetings, AGMs, special meetings, and occasional evening meetings Responding professionally and promptly to Board members, owners, and residents Ensuring deadlines, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements stay on track You are ultimately the person helping the Board keep the building running smoothly. You’ll likely be a great fit if you are: A strong communicator, both written and verbal Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Confident working directly with Boards and owners Diplomatic and skilled at navigating difficult conversations Proactive and solutions-focused Able to think independently and make sound decisions Professional while still bringing personality and humour to the team Motivated to learn and continue developing your skills Someone who values stability and wants to build a long-term career with a great organization What you’ll need Current condominium management licensing through RECA Approximately 2–3+ years of direct condominium management experience Strong knowledge of condominium operations, bylaws, reserve fund studies, budgets, and related legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and clean driver’s abstract Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility to attend occasional evening Board meetings and AGMs Most after-hours meetings are held virtually.
