Pay: $1,508.00 / week Location: Dubuque, IA Job Type: Full-time, Contract (Travel) Shift Availability: Must be flexible to work Day, Evening, and Night shifts (Rotating) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Dubuque, IA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, chronic disease management, and daily assessments for residents in a supportive facility environment. Key Responsibilities * Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and accurately document resident responses in the EHR. * Perform routine procedures, wound care, and dressing changes following established care plans. * Identify and report changes in resident condition to RNs, physicians, and family members. * Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and rehabilitation plans in coordination with CNAs and therapists. * Maintain strict safety protocols and uphold state and facility compliance standards. Requirements * Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. * Licensure: Active LPN license in the State of Iowa (or active Compact/NLC state license). * Certifications: Active CPR / BLS certification. * Experience: 1+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. * Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts (Days, Evenings, and Nights). * Skills: Strong communication with residents' families, multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency with EHR systems. Preferred Qualifications * Prior travel nursing experience. * Hands-on experience with advanced wound care or palliative care principles. Requirements
