Role and Facility Information We are seeking a permanent position, for a family physician who is interested in the prevention of chronic disease progression and provides full-scope family practice with comprehensive care during the summer months. Our practice follows a lifestyle and prevention-focused model, with an emphasis on chronic disease management, patient health, and long-term growth. Locum Coverage Physicians provide coverage for one another; however, each family physician remains responsible for their own tasks.
