The cook is responsible for the organization, production, and distribution of food and beverages within the hospital facility. They must ensure services are provided in a safe and patient-centered manner.

Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Cook certificate or a Health Care Cook Certificate. A Grade 10 education is the minimum academic requirement for this position.
