This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counselling, evaluation of care and arrangement for follow-up care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Dietetic Internship certificate, with registration or eligibility with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians and Dietitians of Canada. Preference is given to those with experience in pediatric and adult acute care clinical nutrition.
