The Exercise/Conditioning Therapist - Degree is responsible for the development, modification, and delivery of individual and group community-based exercise programming for patients with cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, metabolic disease, and other disease specific exercise programming. The Exercise/ Conditioning Therapist - Degree will need to deliver fall prevention education and exercise, facilitate and support hospital discharges.
