Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Human Resources Exemption: No Education * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses * Basic Professional Assault Response Training Certificate (PART) Other Education and Training * Nursing diploma is acceptable * Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Competencies * Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities * Demonstrates ability to work as a team member * Demonstrated understanding of scope of practice of individuals supervised * Possess effective communication skills & ability to relate to all individuals * Ability to organize work load demands * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information * Ability to delegate appropriately. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. Additional requirements include Basic Cardiac Life Support and Professional Assault Response Training certificates.
