The home base for this position is 1504 Albert Street Regina. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required Education Current registration with CRNS and current BCLS certification. Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Licenses Registered Nurse (RN) Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Nursing diploma is acceptable Knowledge and Abilities Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement. Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships Demonstrated independent nursing judgment in a community-based environment Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas. Knowledge in nursing process Ability to promote effective relationships within the SHA and the community. Ability to work independently and as a leader of a multidisciplinary team Other Information Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized Travel allowance is provided.
