Position #: 9007275 Expected Start Date: October 1, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Southeast Integrated Care Centre City/Town: Moosomin Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 02, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 149.36 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Extended shift hours 11.78 Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description: Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service is provided to residents within Saskatchewan Health Authority Rural Services facilities. As an experienced practitioner, the resident care coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents' families) within a collaborative environment. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position. Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent nursing/psychiatric nursing diploma and be registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). A Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate is also required for this position.
