Position #: 9013589 Expected Start Date: October 30, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Prairie Health Care Centre City/Town: Cabri Department: Home Nursing Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: This position is responsible to assist the Primary Health Care Manager with the delivery of Home Care services that are consistent with policies, standards, legal requirements, philosophy and mission of the Saskatchewan Health Authority as well as responsible for ensuring day to day operations and resident flow of the Long Term Care Facility in conjunction with the Facility Manager. The role is responsible to direct and coordinate Home Care staff – Nurses, Continuing Care Assistants and Schedulers. They also direct and coordinate Long Term Care staff – Nurses, Continuing Care Assistants, Activity Departments and collaborate and work with other departments as needed. The incumbent will consult with other Primary Health Care Managers or Facility Managers when directing activities of the program if the sector Manager/Director is absent. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Previous education and or experience in coordinating activities and personnel Acute Care experience preferred. Two (2) years nursing clients in the specific department/area/program Education Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work independently Establish and maintain good communication patterns Demonstrated approaches to problem solving w/strong decision-making capability Ability to make independent decisions within established policies/procedures Proven ability to be conscientious and attentive to detail Demonstrated supervisory skills and application of judgment Ability to apply research to practice Ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy Proficient in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet and power point Works independently, effectively and cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team Uses independent judgment based on evidence-based practice. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to continued learning and professional development. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing and possess at least two years of relevant nursing experience. A valid Class 5 driver's license and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK are required.
