Job details
Role Overview: You are an outgoing and assertive individual who would enjoy making connections with healthcare practitioners and building partnerships with hospitals. You relish new challenges and take pride in your versatility and problem solving skills, including in building working relationships and influencing others. No specific prior experience is required, but you must demonstrate strong initiative and adaptability, and be eager to demonstrate your ability by producing tangible results quickly. Join us in making a real impact in a position with tremendous growth potential en route to building a rewarding career. (This role may also be relevant if you have experience as: Biomedical Researcher, Healthcare Instructor, Admissions/Recruitment Advisor, Fundraising Officer, Group Sales Representative, Treatment Coordinator, MOA, Territory Sales Rep, Customer Success Manager, Fitness Coach) Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit healthcare professionals and hospitals in major Canadian cities to build referral networks and partnerships. Arrange and facilitate meetings, including supporting our CEO in discussions to highlight our biomedical expertise. Use AI-driven tools (e.g., predictive analytics for leads) to enhance efficiency and track progress. Develop outside sales strategies, focusing on quality over volume. Achieve sales targets through responsible, results-oriented actions—efficiency is key. Travel as needed for networking; collaborate with our inside sales team. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, health sciences, communications, kinesiology, psychology, health admin or related field (recent graduates welcome if career-focused). Career-switchers are welcome. If you’ve set meetings, run info sessions, or build community partnerships in admissions, fundraising, hospitality, real estate, events insurance, or clinic operations, and are a fast learner, we can help you fill in the healthcare specifics. Your professionalism, persistence, and ability to influence people matter most. Clear, professional English communication skills for client-facing interactions. Results-driven and initiative—e.g., through university projects, part-time roles, or extracurriculars showing results (provide examples in your application). Be ready to leverage AI extensively Serious, career-oriented mindset: This is not a position for self-exploration; rather, this role requires an individual who is committed and ready to deliver value and move forward by proving worth through performance. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada. Salary: $50,000 + performance-based commission (OTE $80,000+) About Healthcord: An established Canadian biomedical company specializing in bringing advanced healthcare technologies to families to maximize their health and wellness. Why Join Us? Unique opportunity for driven individuals who are looking to prove themselves in a growth-oriented position that provides the opportunity to showcase their ability and talent. Tremendous upward potential for those who are capable of producing results. Be part of a company that aims to make the latest health technologies accessible to improve the health and wellness of the average person. Apply with your resume. In addition, we highly encourage applicants to include a short video (1-2 minutes) introducing yourself, explaining why you're passionate about this role at Healthcord, and share an example of how you've used initiative to achieve results. This video does not need to be polished - a simple phone or webcam recording is perfect. Please upload it to a shareable link (e.g., YouTube, Google Drive, Dropbox), and include the link in your application. Your video will greatly help us assess your communication skills and enthusiasm which are central to this role. Only serious applicants committed to a full-time role will be considered. Applicants who include a video will be prioritized for review.
